1 small red onion, chopped finely
1 small bunch of cilantro, chopped finely
2 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoons of salt or salt to taste
Instructions
In a medium sized pot boil 6-8 cups of water.
Peel potatoes and cut into ½ in cube pieces. Add to boiling water and cook for about 9 minutes or until tender.
In a large mixing bowl add drained chickpeas, potatoes, finely chopped onions, and chopped cilantro. Mix. Add chili powder and salt.
If using a dry mix add pani puri masala to a jug of water. Adjust to taste. Less water, stronger the flavor.
To assemble add 5-6 dip chips to a plate or bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of potato and chickpea mixture on top of each chip. Top with sev, pani puri masala and chutneys.
